481fc4a772 feat: 轨迹拉取配置支持按订单类型区分 
同一应用+服务商下可分别配置小包/大包/主单拉取，唯一性与缓存查找同步带上 OrderType。

af86a1fdff Remove KPI warning areas and slim transport warning scene schema.

aeae900b5e feat: simplify transport warning to product+country with assessment SLA 
AppKey-level scheme; scene matches one product and one country; stores assessment total hours (days×24) with migration SQL.
